What is MappaMuse?
MappaMuse creates personalized map posters for meaningful places worldwide. Pick a location, adjust style and size — we print with premium quality and ship directly to you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to selected regions. Additional countries will be added over time. Digital download (PDF) is available worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
After payment is received, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, including production and shipping via Swiss Post. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. Digital downloads (PDF) are available immediately after payment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free — for all sizes and any quantity. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
Which sizes and prices do you offer?
• 30 × 40 cm — CHF 29 • 50 × 70 cm — CHF 49 • 70 × 100 cm — CHF 69 • Digital download (PDF) — CHF 12 All prices are final prices in CHF. Shipping is included in currently supported delivery countries.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. For 2 posters you get 10% off, for 3 or more posters 15% off. The discount is applied automatically to your order at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, and other Stripe-supported payment methods. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible as long as production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible by email. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible because each poster is produced individually.
Can I return a poster?
Because every poster is personalized for you, there is no general right of return. In case of printing errors or transport damage, you can file a complaint within 30 days of receipt at mappamuse.hesitant135@passmail.com — with photos of the defect. We will send a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
Where are the posters printed?
We produce through a distributed print partner network, as close as possible to the delivery address. This keeps transport routes shorter and helps reduce carbon footprint.
How are the posters packaged?
Every poster is carefully packed in a sturdy shipping tube so it arrives protected from creases and moisture.
Is there a digital version?
Yes. For CHF 12 you get a digital download (PDF) available immediately after payment. Ideal if you want to print locally or order outside our current shipping coverage.
Where does the map data come from?
Our maps are based on OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) — the most comprehensive free mapping project in the world.
Do colors exactly match what I see on screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen, calibration, and ambient lighting. We cannot guarantee an exact match between the on-screen display and the print. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.
Can I use the poster commercially?
Purchased posters are intended for personal use. Commercial redistribution or resale is not permitted.
